Operating 4 donor centers and conducting dozens of blood drives each month, we are proud to be an independent nonprofit that supplies over 20 area hospitals and clinics with life-saving blood—from our community, for our community.
Summary:
As Manager, Business Development, you will play a vital role in supporting NYBCe’s life saving mission by expanding the base of blood drive sponsors through new account acquisition and existing account development monthly and annual blood donation collection goals within the assigned geography. You will engage with the local community, recruiting new partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. This position is critical in reaching blood collection targets through effective recruitment strategies and various tools and techniques. The Manager, Business Development will work closely with Operations to coordinate the first blood drive by building strong customer relationships and flawless execution.
Job Responsibilities:
The proposed annual salary is $71,000 p/yr to $75,000 p/yr.

Education: |
Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as marketing, business, or healthcare or high school diploma combined with equivalent work experience.
Related Experience:
5 years sales experience with demonstrated track record of an ability to increase sales. Public Speaking experience required.
