Summary:
The role involves overseeing the management of staff for 2nd shift Hopsital Services Representatives and Drivers, resources, and procedures essential for daily operations concerning processed blood products, encompassing labeling, storage, packaging, inventory control, distribution, and logistics. Additionally, it includes managing resources and processes associated with the transportation of samples and unprocessed blood products between locations. Collaboration with other departmental managers is crucial to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services and products to customers and patients.
This position is considered “essential” during severe weather or emergency operation events.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. On call weekdays and every third weekend.

Job Responsibilities:
The annual rate for this position is $78,000 - 83,000yr.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in inventory, distribution or in a manufacturing or healthcare setting.
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
Other:
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25lbs and continuously sit, walk, and stand.
