Summary:
This position ensures that blood collection goals are met by checking in arriving donors and recruiting donors to our donor centers for future appointments. Acts as a site greeter, building relationships with the donors in the donor site’s geographical area. Provides excellent customer service to donors and guests.
Location: Primarly work location will be Maple Grove Donor Center (training will be at St. Paul Donor Center)
Schedule: Typical scheduled Tuesday - Saturday: Tues 9am - 5:30pm, Wed and Thur 11am - 7:30pm, Fri and Sat 7am - 3:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
The hourly rate for this position is $19.93/hr.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
License:
Valid Driver's License
Other:
Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing and/or customer service
Ability to organize and prioritize
Basic computer, typing skills and math skills
