Summary:
The Scheduling and Support Coordinator provides the Collections departments with staff scheduling and administrative assistance by coordinating Collections team schedules in Hemasphere, Collections team payroll in Kronos, maintaining departmental documents, performing data entry, and tracking/trending requested data. This position also services as administrator for customer service tracking and assists Blood Operations leadership with administrative duties as assigned. On a regular basis, the Coordinator will serve as backup to other Blood Operations roles.

The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1 year experience in an administrative role or support function
Other:
Valid driver's license.
Proficiency with scheduling, timekeeping, and standard office software.
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
